Materials We Will Not Accept:
- Asbestos
- Ballasts (fluorescent light fixtures)
- Barrels – unless free of residue and ends are removed
- Batteries
- CFCs or refrigerants
- Chemicals
- Compressed gas containers
- Contaminated soils
- Creosote/pentachlorophenol-treated lumber
- Drums – unless free from residue and ends are removed
- Furniture – household and commercial unless in a demolition load
- Hazardous waste materials (yellow bags)
- HCFCs or refrigerants
- Household or commercial garbage
- Industrial waste
- Light tubes/bulbs containing heavy metals
- Liquids or free water-containing materials, including soils
- Mattresses/box springs – unless in demolition loads
- Medical waste (red bags)
- Municipal waste – household trash, garbage, perishables
- Paper exceeding 10 percent of the load
- PCB-bearing ballasts or transformers
- Putrescible waste
- Radioactive materials
- Railroad ties
- Refrigerators
- Tanks – unless free from residue and the ends removed
- Tires

Additional Disposal Information
Unloading assistance, towing or pushing is the sole responsibility of the vehicle operator. Rainwater Topsoil & Recycled Concrete assumes no liability in performing these services.
Customers (haulers) are responsible for the removal and/or treatment of any unacceptable material that they deliver to our landfill.
Please note: This facility no longer accepts roll-offs or tractor-trailers. Rainwater Topsoil & Recycled Concrete is not responsible for any tire damages.
